Ordered the KW 8 1/2" - I'm slightly taller so hope I get the same results!  :2vrolijk_21:
Hope it works out, let me know the result.

The 8.5 klockwerks was a little tall for me, (6' 2") so i cut 1"1/2 off the bottom and reinstalled it. Works great.

I went the other way with my '11 dropped to a 4" from the factory 7". I am only 5'8" and the original screen caught me right in the center of my vision. The only other change I made was to remove the visor from my half helmet. IMHO, if the wind buffeting is too much for you try a wing instead,or a cage. LOL and ya I know  :worthless:

Had Klock Werks install the 8.5 inch Flare (smoke) last February.  It works as advertized, a noticable drop in buffeting.  A little spendy at $180, but I wouldn't change back.

Does anyone have pictures of the KW 8 1/2" or 6 1/2" on their bikes, from the front and side views if possible?  Waiting on delivery of a 2011 and was trying to figure out which way to go on the windshield so I could get one on order for it.  I'm 6' so it seems either might work, based on what I have read so far, so trying to see what they look like to help sway me one way or the other for the first try.  ;D

How tall are you ?
