I have had a Danny Gray, they are very nice seats. Lots of SERG owners with them, do a search, I remember some photos of a silver bike with Danny Gray Bigseat. Nice seat, want something special or a special cover design just call.

Question: When you put the Corbin Solo on, it has a key lock. Does the key lock bracket interfere with putting the HD original seat back on for two up touring? ie, swapping back and forth.

While I have not tried it it should clear. The stock rider backrest bracket is much larger and it clears fine ( they use the same mount points). If it does not it is only two nuts to remove it.

if you install a corbin with the keylock, you'll need to change the hardware back to get the stock seat back on.

I swap back and forth between the Corbin and HD......it takes a little time to change out the mounting hardware, but not a 'biggie'.  spyder

The 09/10 Corbin mounts just the opposite as the earlier models.  On my new seat, the locking pin is on the fender.  To switch back to the stock seat, it's just a matter of unscrewing the locking pin from the fender and put the regular screw (or thumbscrew) back in, with the stock seat.  A pretty simple change.

JC--are you talking about the P-Pad?? The lock pin for the solo rider seat is on the tab at the bottom of the tank. You can't get the stock seat back on without removing that pin first.

Can you give us a few other views of that seat of yours.  I'm looking for a quality solo and I like what I see in your first photo.  What is their web site?

Just do a search for c&c seats. one of the choices will be c&c seats for Harley.
Waiting for Chuck to get my color sample by snail mail so I can order a solo from him.Lot shorter wait than others & he gets back with answers unlike some of the others.

Did you take the protective clear plastic film off the rear fender when you put your solo on?  If so, how?

Yes, it peeled off easily.....a little heat from a hair dryer works great! I actually saved it too for re-application when I put the two up back on rarely!!

ok, I've seen your picture, what you meant to say was " use a low level heat gun set way low"
the Hair D thing we can't say, and you sure don't own one, unless you borrow the wife's. like using the turkey baster to remove excess oil
