Competent reputable builder and tuner in the Midwest for a 113/117 engine?

I'm thinking of doing some engine work and need to find the a competent reputable builder and tuner for this project. I thinking of going 113 or 117. I live in St.Louis, Mo and looking to find some one in the Midwest.

Engine and tuning guy at Gail's HD on the south side of Kansas City is very good.

Give Jason at C&S Speed a call. He is a site vendor here and post as hrdtail78. I believe he is just outside St Louis on the east side of the river.
