at the capitol drive hd plant, there was an yellowish-orange touring frame on display. it had engine/trans/exhaust/wheels/hbars/brakes/brake levers/throttle/cables and a key switch hidden where the side cover would be. great looking setup. looked like it might run even. but, no pics. cameras weren't allowed anywhere on the grounds.
