I have had many Electra Glides and have always gotten between 7 and 9K miles out of the rear tire.

The 09 has surprised me.

I left home with 9600 on the clock and now have 10175 and there is still another 1500 to 2K on the rear tire.

I guess there is something to be said for going to a 180 from a 130/140.

And I like it!

When I was in York last week, they said Michelin is using a new compound for the '09 tires.
