As comfortable as the rider's section is on the stock FXR3 seat, don't expect the same response from the passenger section. My wife won't tour on my BLUE3 because of it. But I have a SERK for travelling and really like the stock FXR3 seat on my BLUE3. If I were travelling with my BLUE3 with a passenger however, I'd be using a Corbin Dual-tour or something similar. ;)

Howie perhaps we need to think about Santeee Clausss  :santa2: bringin you some tools so you can start doin your own work.....then there can be more Christmas gifts from you to all of us,  :bananarock:  Give you a six months with some good tools and we will have this FXR SECTION filled with precise HOW TO DIRECTIONS.....oh yeah, that's what I'mmmmmm toking about...lol

Good idea, but that changes things. We've got at least 5 other friends still with FXR Super Glides! Might have to change it to spring then, eliminate the airfare reimbursement, and substitute 7 gas/toll reimbursements and 7 per diems! ;D ;D ;D

Thanks for the reply. As to the way I found this site, I was just browsing the HD web sites and found this one. Yes , I kept the old V&H 2-1 pipes. I also bought some other pipes on EBAY that are not the right ones for my FXR3 like I was led to believe. They are harley pipes with numbers but are not correct for me.

It's the "per diem" stuff that has me worried.  Steaks, lobster, booze, fine hotels.  Might make airfare downright cheap in comparison. ;D

I guess I'll just keep turning my own wrenches.
