Read the h2lt instructions.  The thread pitch changes the preload turns. The h2lt has a very different adjustment process. The limited lifters do not eliminate noise, they are best for high spring pressure builds to help with hot starts.

About .050" off the bottom. Without the thread pitch no way of knowing the turns

Not 4 turns from the top. Bottomed without oil in them and 1 turn up, .042 off the bottom.

S&S uses 32 threads per inch.

Jerry, he has SE pushrods, 24tpi
If we were really splitting hairs, the 24tpi will obtain the same extension at 3/4 of a turn vs the S&S instructions for the h2lt of 1 turn with their pushrods. In my experience not critical. At 1 turn we  are talking about a
.009" difference.

Adjusting off the bottom is not conventional but it is required with the h2lt lifters

By changing the cam you changed the engines requirements. It needs to be retuned.
