I have dealer like that also. I just tell them what the issues are and they order the parts and schedule the service. They also do it when scheduled. May have something to do with buying 8 bikes in 6 years and they also care about their customers.
I noly bought 4 in 8 years, that explains it all.

Well, I didn't get much life on my repairs.  487 miles later and my bike is back in the shop!  We've been nicknamed "mosquito killer" since there is a steady gray smoke stream coming out of the rear cylinder.  Talked to MOCO and they actually returned my call, and will talk to dealer "today", we'll see and post results.

Unbalanced,

I'll keep you posted via the thread.  Think I will keep the nickname even after (if) it gets fixed.

They will most likelyt replace the rear cylinder now.  This rear cylinder issue is at epidemic proportions which is a product of the season and amount of use.   My replacement HG failed within 400 miles and the cylinder is at the dealers waiting for me to bring it in.  I'm not in a hurry for the downtime.  I'l let thses issues settle for a while.
Good luck and keep us posted.

Las Vegas Harley Davidson replaced both jugs per the Motor Company in May 2007 when my rear cylinder was deemed porous. Request both be replaced. Currently my bike has 5000 miles on it since the repair and it is running excellent.

Well, more problems, not so much engine related but they do add up.  I finally gave up and traded for a 07 FLTRI.  Mydealer gave me more than I expected for my SEUC2 so I was able to come out smelling like roses with, I hope, no more serious headaches.

The comp gear was really howling, XM went out, FM lost the left speaker circuit, shocks collapsed, bad tire and other misc. stuff.  All together - way too much on a 10K bike.
