For those of you riding in states that had a very tough winter, the roads are worse than ever.....I didn't know this rider personally.

There are two times of the year (in my area) when roads are dangerous and require full attention and all your riding skills to stay safe.  The fall when the deer are running...  And this time of year, when there are numerous dangerous conditions.  Accumulated salt and sand on the roads courtesy of the local streets department can be like ice, and are most prevalent at intersections and corners.  Potholes, potholes, potholes.  And still occasional black ice.
