HD has a new hose and clamp replacement for the oil coolers on the 03's.  The hoses tend to pull off the nipple and the engine and tear at that point.  They also rub through on the frame where they touch when the engine is vibrating.  Mine were almost worn throught when I discovered the problem.   No more problems after the recall/upgrade hoses were installed.
