2008 SERK-rear peg is floppy?

One of my passenger pegs is kinda loose. Its ends up flopping down all the time and is noticibly looser than the other side. How do I tighten that up? It does not look like I can increase tension on the pivot pin. Theres a spring washer and circlip there too. Can I tighten the peg or do I need a new spring washer and/or circlip?

Tighten the nut on the peg bolt til it's how tight you want it. The nut has a nylon lock on it and the spring washer maintains the tension you tighten it to. ;)
