  No difference from the hi flow installed to the K&N.  Just money and looks!  The primary reason to go to the Heavy Breather is it actually changes the air flow and smoothes it out via the tube.

Ah , I see , the heavy breather blows really out and not back into the aircleaner again ,( But it`s not legal in Germany and the police see this at the first look on it )
You mean that the stock aircleaner is as good as the SE-aircleaner with K&N ? Wow , that`s new to me , interesting , I do not have any experience with the CVOs , THXS .

The SERG has a Hi-FLow dry element.  The K&N is an oiled filter.  In reference to car/truck cold air intakes, its all in preference.  On this particular motorcycle the stage 1 performance upgrade is already there.
