Screamin Eagle Detachable Fairing With Tachometer??

Does anybody have a Road King Screamin Eagle with a detachable fairing, I want to leave the stock tachometer on the hanle bars,They say it will fit if you notch the botttom of the fairing but you won't see the tach. I'm OK with that but I would really like to see some pictures or so other ideas!

Bart, welcome to the site. i moved this to the SERK board.


i have a dragonfly detachable on my 02SERK they notched it to go over the tach, but i found it to be a hassle to deal with so i removed the tach. if you intened to leave the fairing on you could mount the tach into the fairing

i cant find any pictures of one like that right now but i have seen it done
