Hello all, haven't been on for a while, work sux.

My ridin' buddy recieved his B/O and his seat went all the way up and over the console, I went to my service gal, she called her H-D contact and they said they're aware of the problem, asked for my Vin #, then said..."order him a new seat", they didn't even need to see mine...anyway, new seat on the way, cool!

Thank Carlos. Going to try and verify this Thurs. or Fri. I was about to "cover" the tank and such in the gap w/ a piece of leather as someone else here did.

They replaced mine as well...too short and crookedly sewn at front!  It also slid back when I sat on it.  New one touches console and stays in place when I plop my 210 lbs on it...satisfactory

Florida in January was fantastic, my buddy only had 33 miles on his O/B...we towed from DC to Melbourne, unloaded and rode A1A to Miami, then Islamorada, then Key West, then back to Ft. Lauderdale back up to Melbourne, A1A most of the way, 7 days total...much better than DC during the 'O'nauguration...gonna make it a yearly trip now!!

Is this seat gap an issue you were having whlie sitting on the bike or not sitting on it .I have a problem with my seat making a big gap at the console area when i sit on the seat .Only 185 lb WHATS UP .

mine has a big gap before I even sit on it , I'll take a pic of it today and post tomorrow, nevertheless, if there's a gap while you're on it I'd take a pic of it and pass on to your service people, since the MoCo is aware of it - shouldn't be a problem

           Thanks for the heads up on this issue.     I hate that gap!     Just did not have the sense to complain.     Will do now though.     Thank you!!

Carlos thank`s for the Head`s up on the gap issue. Called my dealer today, they have only sold one SERG (mine) so they were unaware of the issue. She is calling me back after she get`s some info from Mo Co on this.

my gap is verry small and only when im on seat. would this be bad enough for replacement. hasnt really bothered me that bad (but im mainlly looking at the road when im sitting on it)

Mine was the same, and they replaced it just the same,haven't even use it because I'm using the Corbin all the time..
