Air Cleaner Questions

I have the Ness SS (super sucker) backing plate and air cleaner on my 2009 SERG.  The Ness air cleaner pushes my leg out more than is comfortable.  I thought I read here that the stock cleaner & cover can be used with the Ness backing plate but I can't find the post despite looking everywhere.  My first question is will this work?  Secondly, has K&N come out with an air cleaner for the 2009 SE touring bikes or are we still stuck with the stock paper filter?  Thanks for the help.

Not sure why you would take the stock filter hsg off, per Fullsac guy it flows so well that it is only about 3 HP below nothing at all. No K & N yet for the stock unit.

there is a cure Floorboard Extenders  will make a world of difference.   by moving out the floorboards the aircleaner is not an issue anymore and you will be more comfortable on the bike as well
