Stock SE Air Cleaner question
« on: February 11, 2010, 10:11:15 AM »

Hey All-

Making my wish list for the 09 SERG I'll likely be picking up soon- already has the 2.25" fullsac baffles, clean head pipe, and stock AC, no SERT.

I was planning to add either the new Fullsac X pipe or V&H Power Duals, and a SERT with custom tune, but my question is whether or not it is worth changing out the stock SE AC- does it flow pretty good as is, or what if any, aftermarket AC would be much better (Big Sucker, Doherty, etc?).

Thanks

The oem a/c on the SERG flows well, i don't feel dollar for dollar it's worth swapping out  8).. I would call Steve @ Fullsac and purchase a TTS fuel management with a map installed by him and Ride On and enjoy it  :2vrolijk_21:

good, thanks- I suspected it was pretty good as is-after all, it is an upgraded AC for a stock 96" bike. Think I'll be keeping it.
