Wanting it for function or appearance?  If for function you should realize the "Stealth" rack has almost zero function. Unless you count scraping fingers while waxing the fender as a function.

I bought #2 for function, when I carry a bag on a trip.  Otherwise, I don't have anything back there.  It also has an optional LED light kit, but I haven't been able to get an answer as to where it plugs in, and if it will work with the tail light modulator.  I don't see the purpose of the other rack.
