Don't know where else to vent a little. No one here in California knew him. I lost a good brother from my days with the MMMC in Maine today. Skip. A good bro, good father and good husband died about 10AM EST from brain cancer. Skip was a hard ridin, hard partyin SOB who could go toe to toe with anyone out there and still be all the things society expected him to be. He truly knew how to live by our motto of " work when you have to, quit when you can, drink when you're thirsty, whoop when you're high, love a good woman, ride till you die.

Sorry to hear about your loss. The pain of a lost Bro doesn't go away but it does get easier to deal with in time. Derek

Brian......never a good thing to deal with.  I'll say a prayer for your bro and for you.  Time will heal the wound.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. The wake is today and I'm in touch with folks there. I'm a lot better than I was the day I got the news. Only issue is the same one I always have when someone I know has a good life cut short. That's why JR's words meant so much. Some things in life will never be explained by science and without faith we either dispair or believe in a higher power to whom we give over our dispair and have faith in that which we were not meant to fully comprehend in this life.
