14" monkey bars over lengths

To those that have done 14" monkey bars... on a SG...what size over clutch hose and upper brake line was needed? how much did the wires need? Cant find this anywhere....Thanks...I'm gonna do a install thread when I get all this together...

I would think a plus +6 for Clutch and brake lines...not sure on the wiring.....

Yaffee sells the complete wiring and line kit.... Just Sayin'

I could not find the right answer when I installed my 12" monkey bars. That was even after calling the line guys. Finally one of them told me to call Yaffee. Probably a little more money but they were perfect and the wires were correctly color coded.

12" Monkey Bars take +6" clutch & front upper brake line extensions

14" Monkey Bars take +8" clutch & front upper brake line extensions

both will require a new piece call the "mid" that will join the new upper hose to the ABS junction box.

the stock set up is a one piece upper ABS line from the bars to the box, the new set up with be a two piece design.

Magnum Shielding can help you here and you can buy direct from them.

Namz is a good source for all wire extension kits.

As mentioned Yaffe can help too put I find their kit quality lacking and over priced.

Thanks.....eastern perf sells a wiring kit for SE BIKES WITH TBW...I guess the CvO and se TBW are diff somehow..the have a color coded kit...

Man, my bike is at my shop so I can't go look...anyone know what angle the clutch line banjo is? 0,35 or 90?

Did mine last week it definitely wasn't 90 so must of been 35

Its a 35* on the clutch cable.

I have a clutch cable used with these exact bars, as well as an upper brake line - Both for sale. 

I switch to taller bars on my CVO RG conversion.  Let me know if you're interested; there is also a post in the for sale section.

BTW, it's +8 on the clutch and brake line.
