I noticed that when the regular production 2013.5 Breakouts came out.  I guess the 2014 CVO's were kept the same for ease of production?

Are you certain they actually changed the rake, or was there perhaps a typo in the original specs?  Harley has been putting bad info in the online spec sheets for years now.
