Six of us from Tulsa did that last year.  It is actually in Ignacio about thirty miles from Durango.  It is on an Indian reservation.  Generally one day there is enough, however as a destination, it is great.  Stay in Durango and just about any direction for 100 miles is great and memorable riding.  For instance, 4 corners, Mesa Verde, Monument valley (Indian owned and fee to ride), Million Dollar Highway, etc.  Durango is a party town and your beer light should never come on.

Ditto that. Good town and friendly dealer.
