Rake on the Springer
« on: September 08, 2008, 12:39:43 PM »

From looks the rake on the Springer seems less???  I read in the specs it is 32 degress, but side by side to a softail, it seems less???  Are the frames all the same for softails?

You have to draw a line from the steering head to the front axle, that's the rake. The fork arms form a parallelogram with the steering head and axle at opposite corners. The arms themselves do not have as steep an angle as the fork tubes of a softail, but the rake is the same.
