Does anybody else have this problem? Starts at about 2000 RPM and gets progressively worse. Sometimes i can't even count the headlights of the rest of the group. Thanks for any help.

Do you still have the stock mirrors on your bike, did this just start?... Just wondering if it's related to something other then the mirrors themself.

The handlebars are rubber mounted; make sure nothing is grounded out allowing excess vibration to reach the bars and thus the mirrors.

'd00d makes a good point as well, it may be that the CVO mirrors are more prone to vibration than the stocker's, just like the case with the Dyna mirrors.  Haven't read any reports from other Springer riders on this yet, hopefully the Springer folks will chime in shortly.

I read most of the posts from the Dyna thread. The fix was to install "bullet mirrors". That's OEM for my bike. The problem has been there from the start. The bars sure don't feel rubber mounted.

I may be wrong about the rubber mounting on the Springer, now that I think about it.  The regular Dyna/Softail/Touring models have rubber bushings in the risers, but I can't say for certain if that is also true of the Springer's.  Need a Springer expert to jump in here.

If you do have riser bushings, and nothing is grounded causing the vibes to travel to the bars and then the mirrors unimpeded, it may be worth the effort to try a set of aftermarket polyurethane bushings.  Another option is something called a "bar snake", which is a device placed in the bars at both ends to change the natural frequency of the bars.
