Glad to have found this discussion group...needing some help!
« on: February 28, 2010, 12:58:36 AM »

I am wanting to maintain the clean lines of my girl....but my "girl" needs some comfort on those long rides. We are looking for a sissy bar that mounts under the seat and a low profile rest. I just don't like the way the side plates look. Can anyone help?

Razzi, check out the backrest made from Haulin Ass. I was in the same situation as you with my 08 Springer. I did not want the side brackets and I did not want to move my turn signals. The backrest they sell bolts under your seat with the factory holes. When my girl wants to go I put it on and when I am solo it takes 3 min to take off. Its a good design and its made in America.
