Gearing - pulleys and belts.

I think the Springers have a 20mm Drive Belt.. is that right ?

With that in mind, is there a re-gearing solution available for the final drive..
31 or 30T front gear and suitable belt ?

I see in the Drive Train section people talking about sources for a 139 tooth x 1" belt.. but I haven't found information for 20mm.
