I'll be there Rich. Just look for the Candy Cobalt 07 SERK with the British plates and the Union Jack Flag. Should be no problem finding it amongst the other 500,000 bikes !!!!

Jock and Brian, You guys heading to Sturgis in Aug? Rich

Not doing Sturgis this year Rich. Probably going to spend too much time in Guatemala this year to have time to go to Sturgis and ride cross country.

Next year though :nixweiss:

Other night leaving a favorite watering hole guy behind me asked if I knew how fast we were going when we turned the scoots onto the main road.  HellifIknew?  He told me we were hitting 95.  Didn't seem that fast, but mi amigo, it was cooooooold.

Typically we have the coldest nights in Florida.  Compared to say, International Falls, MN, not such a big deal.  When compared to Miami or the Keys, sometimes it's 40 degrees or more.

Even with all the heated stuff, that night air is coooooold.

You know it, ISKI.........I've learned to carry a leather jacket w/ me in Fla. 'cause it turns from really nice to downright cold  :nervous:somenights after that sun sets.  You can't count on ea. night being 'balmy', can you?  :P har!  spyder

Spyder - Leather is better. Short sleeves for "balmy" Florida nights?  It's a balmy 32 degrees here this morning.  Those who have ridden here during bike week know that & dress for it.

(Yeah, I know it's minus 10 somewhere in the frozen wasteland, but most are not out riding in that temp.)

On our coast to coast ride, 1 guy did not bring a leather jacket - it was in Oct. & we were taking an I-10 all southern route.  He regretted it & says from now on, he is taking it with him.

Yeppsir......it's a 'balmy 20 degrees' in eastern NC this morning.   Brrrrr.  But, the suns out, so should be up to freezing soon.  :nervous:  har!  :drink: spyder
