Did the 5000mi oil change, which means we've covered 4000mi since buying it in June, and it still amazes me every time I get on it.

I installed a set of passenger floorboards and re adjusted the highway mounts/pegs. I have a week of vacation coming up so I ordered a set of 10" Yaffe Bagger Monkey Bars, Alloy Art poly riser bushings and Namz 4" wire extensions just in case. Can't wait to get the bars on!

You will love them, I can honestly ride all day now without and cramping or soreness in my neck and shoulders.  Old bars gave me a burning sensation at 100 miles I have ridden over 900 miles in a day with these and feel great.

Mike,

I really hate to rub it in but I will.  Just got a super deal on a set of Black Saddlebags off a 2012 Ultra the guy is turning into a trike.  Wouldn't you figure he is in the North Georgia mountains so I guess I will have to ride my bike and pull my unmatched trailer to get them on Friday.  Not a bad ride 180 miles one way.

I wouldn't pull that ugly trailer that far, ride the truck...LOL

Leave your bags at home, ride up, install the other ones on your bike and ride home. It's gonna rain anyway. I paid off Mother Nature  :huepfenlol2:
