I was just curious about a few things that the new 2014 CVO Limited's come with since my dealer doesnt have any in stock yet.
Maybe this will help other readers as well!!
Does the Limited come with???
1) The H-D® Security System Smart Siren II?
2) Which rear shocks does it come with?
-the PREMIUM RIDE HAND-ADJUSTABLE TOURING SHOCKS or the standard air shocks?
3) The remote that latches tour pack with a click of a button?

I even thought they would be on Harley Davidsons website, as Grizzly suggested, but could not find any answers. They do however talk alot of fluff and not of the specific parts or goodies on the new CVO Limited.
I even called two dealers and the salesmen had not clue! UGH~

Good news is that I found a Blue 2014 CVO Limited and should be picking it up at the end of the week ! :orange:

I went to pick up my Limited today, but the PDI wasn't complete, so I'll have to get her tomorrow. :( I did however, grab the owners manual. I was shocked to see from the manual there where things that come on the bike the H-D website doesn't even mention. Cover, Garage Door Opener, Remote bag lock FOB, etc. Can't wait to get my bike tomorrow. :)

Can anyone with a '14 FLHTKSE and a HD pager verify that the smart siren has the paging capability. I had a FLHRSE5 and it did not work. The siren in that bike did not have an antenna. I experienced the same on my FXSBSE. After arguing with the MoCO, they admitted it would not work even though it should according to the manual. They sent out a new Smart Siren and voila!

In the past the CVO security systems came with a siren, but it was NOT the smart siren II with paging capabilities. Unless something has changed very recently, odds are they still come that way. The easy "tell" is the antenna; if it has one it is pager capable, if it does not then it's just a plain siren.
The dealers should have a full list of all the "stuff" that comes with the various CVO models. It amazes me how so many of the people working in those dealerships seem to have no clue when questioned about not only what exactly comes with the various models, but also about the existence of that list as well.

In all prior years the dealer data sheets were correct and specific that they came with the Smart Siren (no pager) and not the Smart Siren II that does include the pager function. Sounds like you bullied the dealer or MoCo in to giving you something that was never documented as being part of the bike.

Don't know since no one has posted the official list yet. This topic comes up all the time concerning various model year bikes, and the threads usually become just another bunch of responses from people who "think" it came with this or that or whatever. The subject of the siren has come up several times every year since 2006, and so far the answer has always been that the CVO came with the plain siren, not the Siren II. That doesn't mean they couldn't have changed that for 2014, but until I see it in writing I'll assume it's still the plain siren.

Mine came with a 15 gig "Willy G" looking thumb drive instead of the gold key. Also garage door opener, bags for TP and side bags, tool kit, headset, microfiber rag, jiffy stand plate for the ground, rain sock for breather, and a free t-shirt from the dealer.

Same here, except I got no rain sock. I did get a very heavy duty embroidered outdoor cover. Man that USB thumb drive is bad to the bone. :)
