FXSTSSE3 footpegs

I was thinking of changing the footpegs on my 09 Springer to the Kury Swing Wings 4466 or 4467. With the drop mounts on the stock pegs is this even possible? I know I read about changing the foot pegs somehwere, but cant find it now.

I changed mine out to Arlen Ness both brake and shifter side
