Two things I know for sure an 11 has over a 09 are:

Helical cut quieter 5th gear vs straight cut gear.

Also has a SE compensator stock.

Other than that mainly colors and possibly seat.

The SE compensator is one of a number of steps taken by the MOCO since 2007 to help reduce the shock loading on the crank....

I don't know what year or model bike you have....

If you have a 07 or newer touring bike that did not come with an SE compensator, then your crank woud benefit from the addition of one...    :2vrolijk_21:

My bike is a 96" 2009. Have about 5000 miles on it and have not noticed anything strange.

The reason why I ask is my Dealer says she wants to give me a SMOKIN deal on a new bike so I was wondering what I would get if I traded.

AND BEFORE YOU SAY anything like I should trade up to a CVO I can't afford it........lol. BUT would love to OR the LIMITED.

Thanx Guys

Just a thought...

Considering and understanding what you've mentioned, for what you would pay on a trade for going to an '11 from your '09,
have you looked into what a "previously loved" '09 or '10 CVO would cost on a trade? especially if you are looking at the Limited.

I have a couple of buddies who just did that and are very happy with their new CVO.
One in particular purchased their new (previously loved) CVO from Buffalo to save even more!

FWIW:
I traded my '09 (30k miles) 9 months old on a '10 Limited just to get the heated grips! LOL
My dealer also made me a deal I could not refuse, I would have been crazy NOT to do it.
My '09 ran just fine, my Limited runs just as well. I use both bikes the same (load, touring, etc) and think the 103 just MAY have a bit more torque than the 96" but NOT as much as the 110.
I think you'd be very happy with the limited, depending on what accessories you want with your bike.
JMO from riding both for over 30k miles!
