Has anyone attempted to replace the stock 02 sensors on a 2020 ? Does the stock pipe accept the wideband 02 sensor (18mm) ? My hope is that the stock pipe has 18mm port and using a 12mm adapter for the narrow band stock 02 sensor. I have not taken the exhaust apart yet but hoping someone else has that can answer this question. I'm looking to add the Harley Smart Tune Pro.

Most likely they are 12mm, a visual inspection and what size wrench fits them will confirm. Some pipes can be drilled and tapped out for 18mm.

I’ve got the Smart Tune and the wideband sensors installed by my dealer, I think they had to drill the head pipes but don’t know for sure.

@TBone - did you ride it before and after adding the Smart Tuner ? Mine feels pretty good now, but I'm curious if it can be that much better with new head pipe, wide O2 sensors and the Auto Tuner from HD.

I didn’t, I had them do it before I took delivery.

They are for sure narrow band 12 mm. You can replace them with the wide band but just get a new pipe.
