My go to air cleaner for mild builds is the Kury. Street Sweeper. It uses the stock outer cover as well. S&S Stealth is very good also.

Boyesen has some good 2 stroke stuff. Not sure about their 4 stroke parts.

Am I understanding this right, so just by quartering up the air flow at the intake it improves/ adds to performance :-\

Bingo ,, Quartering up the air flow increases air velocity = more power where it really shines is at 50% throttle..

Looking at Boyesens' stage 1 dyno comparison, I see very little gain. Especially mid, and top ranges.
S&S just released a bulletin claiming their "Stealth" air cleaner, with their old fashion teardrop outer cover picked up 6 H.P. on some applications.
Another issue, for me anyway, is that Boyesen doesn't offer that air cleaner you like for a larger throttle body.
