2011 SESG rear suspension adjustment?

So I have had the bike for more than six months and just realized the rear suspension is adjustable.  My question is this.  How do you adjust BOTH shocks with one knob?  Is there some sort of crossover tube I cannot see?  :)

Only one shock is adjustable. One side is damping, the other is rebound. By adjusting you will be changing the stiffness of the suspension based on the load.
