Four months less one day...arrived yesterday (coincidentally my birthday) after a bit of confusion re: ship date. Yaffee 12"'Monkeys, KW 9" screen, fullsac 2.25" to go. Even looks good in bad light.

I guess with you being in Texas it’s not too close...I was starting to worry about Gunship saturation here in my neck of the woods.
I’d tell you how much I love the color, but I guess that would be pretty obvious based on my bike choice. Enjoy it, man!!

As long as it doesn't look bad in good light, you are good to go..... ;D
Seriously, that is a nice ride and glad you are pleased with the color. I've not seen one in person (just pictures here on the site) but everyone that's got one really gushes on the color in the sun.

Congrats on the new CVO. Love my Road Glides. Gunship Grey seems to be the color of choice.
Haird, you should be able to see one at Maggie Valley unless you're out of town :)

Beautiful bike. They are well worth the wait. The best color Harley has released in a few years. Now the fun part. Upfitting is very addictive as well as expensive so proceed with caution.

Sweet ride!!! Owner of a Gunship myself. Did you install the 12" monkey bars yourself? Could you reroute the cables and wires or did you have to get new cables and extend wires?

Dealer installed...no new cables or wire extensions. Rode it home this afternoon...so different than my 09 RG and '11 SG CVO's.
I'd completely forgotten how hard it was to stay under 3k RPM.

Looks good! I just installed mine yesterday. It really cleans the fender up.
