Anyone know of a Company that makes a Slip On Exhaust that will match the "Black Chrome" on my Bike?
-
sure. harley does. keep your existing mufflers, replace the cores with fullsac cvo cores and enjoy the stock look, with non-stock sound :cucumber:

Would that still keep me in good shape on the warranty? It say's on there Website they do not meet CA emissions and I do not want to have a Warranty Issue if I have a failure!
-
well...... that would fall into a 'gray' area. would the dealer notice that the baffles were changed? would they care?
if it were me, being as broke as i am, i wouldn't do anything to impact warranty until i knew for sure that 1. i had the bike long enough to ascertain that i wasn't going to have any of these issues, or 2. it would definitely not impact it, or 3. i could afford to fix it on my own. until 1 or more of those conditions were met, i'd be riding bone stock.

Skratch on that you and I are on the same page!!! Thanks for taking the time to comment!

Fullsac is what I am running on my Gunship Gray CVO RG. I doubt you will find any slip-ons in black chrome that are EPA compliant.

Harley has a patent on black chrome! So I don’t think we will see any epa complaint I did fullsac on my RG sound better but still not what I’m looking for! Have to get rid of cat pipe, but I will wait don’t want to mess with warranty! Nothing like cfr had on my last coo sound awesome !! Good luck

I met a guy with your same bike that had changed just the mufflers to TAB performance 4" chrome something or others. He used the factory heat shields from his CVO mufflers and even used his CVO tips. He said he had to drill 1 hole in each muffler to utilize the tips. Looks and sounds great.

I did the 2.25 fullsac cvo cores with techmat on my 2018 gunship street glide...sounds great ,took me about 30 minutes. I was wondering about warranty but I don’t think they will notice visually but sound?? Fullsac people were great to work with.

Rinehart has black slipons with black tips in the 4.5" mufflers and they are epa compliant and sound great.

Not sure where the "Harley has a patent on black chrome" came from, but Advance Plating in Nashville, who does the best coating work I have ever seen, does and has been doing black chrome for a long long time. I mention this in case you want to pay to have whatever brand of slip-on color matched (black chrome) to your existing pipes.

Khromewerks do them

everything I have gone through with Harley and the motors sumping I had Fullsac baffles in and there was no issue with warranty and believe me they were looking for a way out so no worries with slip ons. Cat in header pipe so slip ons don't effect EPA requirements. They tried blaming my riding style but were good with baffles..

I don't really know. but it isn't hard to do yourself. the biggest lesson I learned from doing it myself, is to not use a stone grinding wheel. those will wear out fast. get a metal one. a little more pricey, but will last much, much longer and make the process go by much faster.
