Title: Radio only plays with Nav CD in

So I have a 2007 FLHTCUSE2, and the radio only plays with the NAV CD in. It has been that way since I got it last week, and even the mechanic at the dealer didn't know. They are looking into it, but I figured I'd do some research on my own. Does anyone have any ideas?
