Title: Basic 103 Dyno sheet
Post by: MCE on April 17, 2019, 11:45:23 AM
Here's a basic 103 with a TMan 580 and my "budget" head package. They flowed 260 ish at .600 and it made 10 more HP than we were shooting for. 120/110 with a stock TB and slip on mufflers. I was shocked quite honestly. The customer wanted 100 HP, we got him 110HP 120TQ. Ported/Milled the heads (.018) and did valve job 1.860 Intake and 1.575 EX valves, Stock guides and seats. I put a spring kit on them though.

Here's the link to the chart:

That is impressive. What would your "budget price" on the cvo 110 heads run?

Thanks! I can't take all the credit though, Larry Buie assembled and dyno tested/tuned it.
I just did the machine work and porting.
