Title: Fatbob SE bags
Post by: harring10 on January 17, 2009, 08:53:11 AM
i thought I saw a post with some detailed information on rear bags for the SE fatbob.

I'm looking at these bags:

http://www.ccsaddlebags.com/MB15002strapstudspktsall.htm (http://www.ccsaddlebags.com/MB15002strapstudspktsall.htm)

The price includes the detachable mounting bracket (better information on the bracket is here):

http://www.easybrackets.com/products/harley_davidson.htm (http://www.easybrackets.com/products/harley_davidson.htm)

The only thing I haven't been able to figure out is whether I have to relocate the rear turn signals for the bags to work - I would rather not move them, but haven't found a better bag system.

So, if anyone knows or can point to a thread that already exists it would be much appreciated.

I'll upload pics once I get the bike done - going with the 'old man' touring look ~ Nothing better than a sleeper imo

Can't help you with the installation, but welcome to the site! Where are you based?
And: The bags you have selected sure look nice.

Ride safely,
Louis
