Looks fantastic. Did you book a reservation in advance for them to do? Did they do it one day? Price is you don't mind?
Yeah, I booked my ride-in about 4 or 5 months in advance. I could have got in earlier but this was a date convenient to me.
They did it in 1 day. Started at 8am and got done around 4:30 or 5pm. They only take ride-ins on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. If those days fall next to a Holiday, they won't book it. So if Monday is Memorial Day, then Tuesday is not available for ride-ins.
I got just about everything so it came out to right around $1400. That included;
1. Ride-in surcharge (you can just ship your seat and let them to it. That works well for 99% of the cases)
2. Heavy Duty Suspension for my drivers seat.
3. Regular suspension for the passenger.
4. Custom RDL Backrest.
5. Heated Driver seat option.
6. Different colored/patterned insert on seat and backrests. They have different materials available. All my seat is vinyl. You can get leather. You can get different colors and they have an insert material called Sunbrella. I got Sunbrella inserts on a different RDL seat that I own.
Ways to save.
1. Ship the seat to them.
2. Don't get the heated option or have them preserve factory heating if your seat has that on it.
3. Don't add different insert material.
4. On a Harley, go with the stock backrest (assuming you aren't really tall or big)
Once you go over 230lbs for rider and/or 150lbs for passenger, the heavy suspension option is required.
Here is their pricing information link. You'll figure out the decoder ring easy enough. There are TONS of options.
