Torque Specs?

Hello everyone, I'm new this this forum and just posted in the new member section. I haven't purchased the shop manual yet for my bike but I'm looking for some torque specs for the front end of my bike. I replaced the cow bells and I need the specs for the pinch bolts, axle nut and brake calipers for my 2018 Road Glide CVO. I've done a Google search and I'm getting different specs. Thanks in advance!
