Do I fit a Force Winder

Im looking at a few changes to my SERC, currently I have a K&N filter with V&H Long Shot Duals (with Fuel Pack) and Im now looking at the Force Winder, I have heard it does not increase the air flow, any thoughts?

i dont think it will bring you more Xtorque or hp  :-X
