My local dealer told me the same thing about the dealer meeting in August and that they won't show the bikes at Sturgis this year. And I'm still holding out that the CVO SG will be back. Those CARB reports have been wrong before. 2009 they didn't list the CVO Springer but the MoCo certainly made one. So my fingers are staying crossed. I'm still hoping the 120 makes it in the CVO too.....I guess that'e even more of a stretch..
1802 CC was the biggest motor listed for harley.  I would be shocked if we see a 120 in 2013

The recent CARB postings doesn't neceseraly mean Harley completed their 2013 postings.. Keep an eye on the site, I think we will see more updates before the 2013 model release.

Maybe the 120 will be in the non-red ones .....so they can keep up!

They could very well release another listing closer to the dealer show.  Not unusual at all to keep a model or two close to their vest.

Well no reason to go to Sturgis now so you saved me a trip. Looks like vacation might be slid back a week which puts me home just in time to grab the Misses and Big Blue and head for Spokane. Hadn't even thought about Sturgis before but I was thinking it would be cool to see the new bikes since I'll be Stateside around that time frame. Better to see family anyway and tackle some chores. :2vrolijk_21:

Well, the last magazine from HOG had a long article that basically attempted to compare the Street and Road Glides. It was obviously written with a strong bias and seemed to be attempting to convince the reader that a Road Glide was superior to a Street Glide. I found the obvious sales slant to be very odd when reading it. Now it makes sense if they are trying to convince SG owners to trade for a new RG in 2013...

Personally, I'll never trade my SG for anything.

What I don't get is that even though both are very popular, the Street Glide out sells the Road Glide the last time I checked.

Since the front end is the only difference between the two, die hards can make their own Street Glde by buying the front end.

If you keep both front ends, you can have a new SWITCH GLIDE.  :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2: :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21:

That sounds like something a Harley Marketing person would say!!!!  Since they read our forums, expect to se the SERG with the quick change out front end - only an additional $32K.

Me neither, I keep my 2010 before trading for a RG. Just my opinion. I am not a fan of the looks of the fairing on the RG. I also have money down for a 2013

Makes you wonder if they are thinking of releasing a 1/2 year model in December. Might be a SG with only one paint scheme. It will be interesting... :nixweiss:
