I'm looking for jack and noticed that Pitbull has a sale on currently which is $70 off and J&S doesn't. Which would you buy given they are the same price?

I've got the Pitbull Dyna model with the turntable and pneumatic jack.  It's a few more bucks but I really like the wide base, using air to lift the bike (I know, I'm lazy), and the turntable to spin the bike.  Comes in handy at times.  Plus, it's really well made.  I store my RK on it.

I have an older model Pitbull without the extras. It is a very good lift, and works as well today as it did 12 years ago. Hx2 is right, the wide base adds safety and stability.

I like the J&S Well Made owned one for 5 years now, sounds like you can't go wrong with either one.

Have a J & S with oil drain pan. The jack is the best I've ever owned, rock solid with the ultra on it. They had 40% off shipping.

Have a PitBull last 5 yrs. Never looked back. I'm sure the J&S is a good unit, but I wouldn't trade my 5yo for a new J&S. J&S owners feel the same, I'm sure.

I also have the Pitbull, pneumatic model with the turntable and wouldn't have anything else.

Bought a full air lift from Best Buy Automotive for a couple hundred more then you will pay for those. You cant imagine how awesome it is to have this if you have the room.

I would love to have a table lift but they take up too much space for me.  Probably a few others in the same boat.

Back in 09 I bought the J&S, I have nothing bad to say about it, rock solid and trustable jack.  Wish I had gone with the Pitbull for the following reasons,

Lifts higher and has a turntable option.

Would like a lift table but space is an issue.

Also like that I can quickly/easily  take the J&S outside / outback to the patio which would be very hard to do with a table.
