FXDWG with Small Batwing Pic
« on: June 07, 2015, 11:33:47 AM »

Hello,
Anyone out there got pictures of a FXDWG2/3 with a small batwing faring on it? I have been contemplating swapping out the smaller Arlen Ness for a Batwing for long rides. South Dakota Interstates are 80mph and you get beat riding for hours with out a wind break. Any pics would help my decision process. Thanks

I've rode those freeways acorss SD....a few times.  The windiest I've ever rode (everybody....cars, trucks and motorcycles were all pulled over but I kept going).   You get beat even when you have a full fairing.   :P

Im sure your correct in the beating even with a full fairing. I think I might do the Memphis 6.5" Batwing... Not 100% yet. I suppose I need to measure and take an educated guess on what I need.
