Nice, I also have a 637CT, which is the same basic J frame with an exposed hammer and Crimson Trace grip laser. That goes in the ankle holster, and the .45 Ultra Compact with the CT goes in the Milt Sparks VM2 IWB. Just can't figure out where to stick the grenade launcher?   :pineapple:

Legally, and with a permit.  Either a 357 mag or 44 mag Desert Eagle

Krav Maga

Love to see how you conceal carry a 44mag Desert Eagle! Got a picture? My pants would fall down! LOL! Maybe ok with some industrial suspenders?

I've carried most of my adult life, and as soon as Okla came out with CCW, I got mine, to finally be legal.

Depending on the temperature and how I'm dressed, I carry as small as a S&W J-frame 2" snubby .357 Centennial, or as large as a Colt Delta Elite 10mm or a 3" N-frame .41 mag.  I prefer the larger ones, but sometimes the .357 snubby is the easiest to conceal.  If/when we get open carry in Okla, that problem goes away!

Next on my list to purchase is a .45 Kimber, but there are so many models to choose from, I get confused!!

For Kimber, here's a great forum: http://forums.1911forum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=27

Unless you've got money to burn, I'd just go with the base Custom II for the first .45 which are great values. The base Kimber has many more feature than most middle of the road non-customs, for around the same money. Then you can always add a few pieces here and there, as you get familiar with the gun. When you're ready to trade up, you'll then have a good handle on what features are important and those that are not. I will say for a holster gun, you might want to stick with stainless, not only for the more robust finish but also being in a hotter environment, stainless is better protected against body moisture. All of my carry guns are stainless and/or silver alloy.

Couple things to think about.

mrmagloo

Thanks for the forum link!

I've had 1911 .45's, and other calibers of 1911's, I've just never had a Kimber.  I was in the Army before they switched to the 9mm, so I'm telling my age.

My 10mm is a Colt 1911, pretty much a full custom. Kimber has so many models and features, it's just a lot to pick thru.

Be safe!!
