butt buffer
« on: April 14, 2006, 09:09:04 AM »

Hi There,

I just picked up my 2004 SE Deuce and am in love with it. My wife however is not in love with the backseat. Has anybody tried the butt buffer or similar product (basically a removable gel pad that adds some depth and width to the seat) as a comprimise between form and function? I don't want to ruin the lines of the bike, so a removable seems perfect, if it works.
Thanks in advance

Might want to take a look at the sundowner seat and back rest. That's much more confortable for the passenger and still looks half was decent.

I only opened this thread because I had to see what the hell a "butt buffer" was.Maybe it was like a fluffer in a gay porn film or something [smiley=nixweiss.gif]Then I read on and see that SE and Spidey must have wives with Sasquatch feet. How the hell do they slip of the swept style rear boards, maybe too much of this [smiley=drink.gif] [smiley=drink.gif] [smiley=drink.gif] [smiley=drunk.gif] [smiley=nixweiss.gif]LMK ,OK. Well you know what they say about big feet.... oh, nevermind that's about guys....  ;D

I don't mind big feet... it's the burned bootmarks on my pipes that sets me off.  >:(

I just changed my pegs on my SERK to the grooved swept style footboards on the rear because of that same reason.Heel marks on the pipes, now if I can figure a way to get momma to lift her leg up higher so not to keep dragging the heel across the saddlebags I'll be fine. They get lazy at midnite after too many  [smiley=drink.gif].
