I am asking if a Boom Box 6.5GT in my 2015 CVO street glide can be flashed to use Carplay.

Only if you upgrade to the newer GTS unit (or aftermarket radios)

Yes, and you will get wireless CarPlay. but it requires some modifications to the existing circuit board. Cost ~1000 dollars to do it.
