I could use some help please. I needed to update the dealers on my 2021 SESG. I downloaded the software from Harley site. Then loaded it onto a fresh clean thumb drive. Then turn bike to accessories position and insert thumb drive. I get the initial no media playable. Then I get a screen that says verifying update image. Remove thumb drive if you want to cancel.

I'm not quoting exactly but that's close. So my problem is it stays on the screen that says verifying update image and won't progress from there. I have let it sit there for about 20 minutes and no change. I'm sure I have done something wrong. Hoping you guys can advise me of my misdirection.

I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you.

What they really need is an updated dealer list that can be programmed into the avoidance list!!!!

Go to HD and download the file for GTS NA to your desktop, then open and drag SWD file out, drag both files in thumb drive separately, plug into bike and follow the instructions, the newest version of POI is 2022-1
