The rear of the building with one of the enclosed yards.  There was a swimming pool in this one but it had to be filled.  In criminally insane patients were harming over patients, including killing them.

And an outdoor area that was nice and large.  They could even see the nurse’s outdoor area above them.  I suspect some of them dropped some “stuff” on them at times.

There were hundreds of lobotomy procedures performed here.  One doctor was known for lining patients up and performing the procedure while conducting other “business”.
