I have a 2021 CVO Streetglide with the boom GTS. I recently discovered in issue and I don’t think this is normal.

So if I have a current gps route and I want to search for the nearest dealer to me I click search and then click dealer icon sand screen pops up POI empty, meaning no dealers. Which I know is impossible, there are several around me. But if I stop the current gps route and then do the dealer search it populated and shows me all the dealers from closest to farthest.

This only happens when I have an active gps route going.

I think there is a problem. My dealer did a software update and no change.

Any input would be appreciated.

My 2016 with the boom GT does not do this.

Tap the search button on the top left, then a destinations screen will come up, at the bottom of the screen on the right side you will see a bar & shield, its between the hotel and hospital buttons, press the bar & shield and all the dealers will pop up with the closest being first, you can scroll through the list with the right toggle switch and select which dealer you want, then it will calculate the route and put it on the map.

Thank you very much. Yes that’s what I do . The problem is if I have a current gps route going the dealer icon will show POI empty. If I stop current route or have no route going in gps it does populate all dealers.

A nice feature on the Boom GTS is when you have an active route you are following and search for a POI by default it searches along route, so it will only show dealerships along your route.  You can change the search to nearby and that should give you the dealerships near you even when using an active route in the gps.

Does this happen to any one else?

I’ll have an active route in GPS I’ll decide to see where nearest dealership is and the screen is blank it says empty.

If I stop active route the dealer search pops up all the dealers as suppose to.

I called Harley corporate and got the “yes they all do that”. I call BS.

My GT radio on my ‘15 and ‘16 CVO Streetglide didn’t do that.

My Garmin Road Tec 660 & My Garmin XT will find the nearest dealer, Harley only looks on the route that you have programed. That is one of the reasons that I have a Garmin XT mounted on my bike

My 14 does not do it
 My 19 at 1 time did not do it.
But it does do it now don't know what up date F it up
the best I can remember it was 2 or 3 updates back
